Simple DocBook Templates

Provide template SGML files (book, article) to start a new doc project.

Provide Makefile for generation of the different output formats.

Provide template custom stylesheet file.

Provide documentation on how to use the template files.

only use $JADEFLAGS if we use openjade

include some customizations from Mandrake into jadetex.cfg, custom.dsl

Working DocBook (SGML), DSSSL environment.
